Our new contactless IP video door station supports the worldwide fight against COVID-19. The model D2101WV has a special sensor technology for contactless ringing. It can detect gestures, such as waving and approaching of the hand, which then trigger a bell signal at an IP chime or switch a preconfigured relay which opens the door automatically. Our new DoorBird D2101FV EKEY provides an option for adding access control via an ekey fingerprint scanner. We have equipped this IP video door station with a cutout so that customers can install the ekey home FS UP I fingerprint reader. The intercom is fully functional immediately after installation and regardless when the ekey system is added. The DoorBird app controls, RFID reader and ekey reader can all be used simultaneously.
