RESTORE DOOR STATION SETTINGS

We do offer restoring all settings from a defective DoorBird IP Video Door Station from the (D21x/D31x series only) and restore it to a new device of the same model type remotely.

This feature is only available to devices with at least 4 active users and with cloud-backup functionality activated and therefore, cannot be guaranteed.

This service is experimental and may be part of a subscription model in the near future (cloud backup and restore).

Please fill out the form completely and thoroughly, as we have to reject requests for security reasons if they are not complete or contain wrong data.

I confirm that the old/defective device will be invalidated and never be functional after the restore process is finished, and I understand that an e-mail will be sent to both, the old/defective and the new/replacement device´s owner e-mail address.
