DoorBird devices, products, and applications (“DoorBird Products”) and methods used in association with the DoorBird Products may be covered by one or more patents or pending patent applications owned by DoorBird or its affiliates.

Trademark Notices

“DoorBird” and other DoorBird graphics, logos, scripts and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of Bird Home Automation GmbH or its affiliates in the United States and/or other countries. DoorBird’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not DoorBird’s, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits DoorBird.

All software used on DoorBird Products is the property of DoorBird or its affiliates or its software suppliers and protected by German and international copyright laws.

Other Notices

All other trademarks not owned by DoorBird or its affiliates that appear on DoorBird Products are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by DoorBird.

NOTICE RELATING TO OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE The DoorBird Products contain software that is provided to you under open source licenses (”Open Source Software”). You can obtain lists of the licenses and required attribution notices for such Open Source Software included in the DoorBird Products at http://www.doorbird.com/oss (“OSS Webpage”). Materials available at the OSS Webpage may also contain required licenses and notices for third party commercial software used in DoorBird Products. In the event of a conflict between the software license in the DoorBird terms of use or end user license agreement applicable to the DoorBird Products and the open source license applicable to such Open Source Software, the open source license will prevail with respect to that Open Source Software. OFFER TO PROVIDE SOURCE CODE Some licenses for Open Source Software contained in DoorBird Products give you the right to obtain a copy of the source code made available under such licenses, including any modifications we may make thereto.
