<p>The MAC address and token or the MAC address and user ID help us to clearly identify your device.
You can find the MAC address either on the Digital Passport</p>

<p>If you don´t have either of these at hand, you can also obtain the MAC address from within the DoorBird app.</p>
<p>Once you have added the device in order to receive push notifications, trigger relays, counter-speak, or view the live view, navigate to</p>
<p><strong>Settings → Devices → [your device]</strong></p>
<p>Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The MAC address can be found here:</p>

<p>If you do not have the token to hand, you can also provide us with the user ID.</p>
<p>You can obtain the user ID from the letter sequence of your app user, for example. The following digits do not have to be communicated.</p>

<p>If the device is listed under “Saved Admin Logins” or you can log in to the device administration:</p>
<p><strong>Settings → Additional functions → Administration → login → User → Settings</strong></p>
