We Are Honored: DoorBird Receives PLUS X AWARD for Highest Customer Satisfaction
We are proud to share some exciting news: DoorBird has been awarded the PLUS X AWARD for Germany’s Highest Customer Satisfaction. Earlier this year, we were also named Best Brand of the Year 2025. Receiving both distinctions in the same year is a strong confirmation of our position as a leader in modern IP video door intercom systems.
Why this award matters
What makes this recognition so special is that it comes directly from consumers. More than 12,000 people across Germany, aged between 20 and 65, participated in a nationwide survey conducted by the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation. Their responses placed us among the brands that customers are most satisfied with — a result that truly motivates us.
